OVERVIEW
Welcome to Zero Studio! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Zero Studio. Zero Studio operates this website and store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the “Services”).
The Services are powered by Shopify, but all purchases are made directly with Zero Studio. These Terms, together with any referenced policies (the “Terms of Service” or “Terms”), govern your use of the Services.
By visiting, interacting with, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place orders. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information (e.g., email, billing, payment, and shipping). You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Accounts are personal and may not be transferred or licensed to others.
2. OUR PRODUCTS
We strive to describe products accurately, but minor variations (e.g., color or finish) may occur due to display settings. Product descriptions, availability, and prices may change without notice. We may limit quantities per person, household, or order as needed.
3. ORDERS & CONTRACT FORMATION
When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. We will confirm receipt by email; the contract is concluded when we expressly accept the order (for example, via shipping confirmation).
Before you submit your order, we’ll clearly display the total price, including all taxes, shipping, and other fees.
Depending on your payment method, you may see a button labelled “Order” or “Complete Order”; by clicking this, you confirm that you intend to proceed with payment.
Please review your order carefully; cancellation requests may not be possible once it has been accepted.
4. PRICES, TAXES & PAYMENT
Prices shown include VAT where applicable and will indicate any additional delivery or other charges before checkout. We do not charge consumer payment surcharges beyond the direct cost of the payment method. You agree to keep your payment details up to date and authorize us to charge the order total.
5. SHIPPING, DELIVERY & RISK
We’ll deliver within the timeframe stated at checkout; if none is stated, within 30 days from the contract date.
If we cannot deliver on time, we will inform you and you may set an additional period; if still not delivered, you may cancel for a refund.
Risk passes to you only when you (or a person indicated by you) physically receive the goods. Customers cannot select their own carriers; delivery is arranged solely through our appointed shipping partners.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external events (e.g., customs, carrier disruptions).
6. LEGAL GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY (2 YEARS)
If a product is not in conformity with the contract, you are entitled—by law—to have it brought into conformity (repair or replacement), or to a proportional price reduction or termination with refund where applicable.
The legal guarantee lasts 2 years from delivery, in accordance with Government Emergency Ordinance (GEO) 140/2021. We bear the costs of bringing goods into conformity and must do so within a reasonable time, without significant inconvenience to you.
Commercial warranties (if offered) are in addition to, not instead of, your legal rights.
7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (RETURNS) – 14 DAYS & STORE RETURN POLICY
If you are a consumer, you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason, in line with OUG 34/2014.
To exercise this right, notify us by email at info@zerostudiostore.com, clearly stating your order number, customer name, address, email address, and the date the order was placed.
You must send back the goods within 14 days of notifying us. We will refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost (if any), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision (we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof of return).
You bear the direct cost of returning goods, unless stated otherwise.
We also offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item, as part of our store policy, which does not limit or replace your 14-day legal withdrawal right. Details can be found in our Refund Policy.
Exceptions (no withdrawal) apply to:
– Sealed goods not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed;
– Customized or clearly personalized goods;
– Goods likely to deteriorate rapidly;
– Digital content not supplied on a tangible medium once performance has begun with your prior consent.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content in the Services (trade marks, text, images, video, design, etc.) is owned by Zero Studio or licensors and protected by applicable IP laws. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.
9. OPTIONAL TOOLS & THIRD-PARTY LINKS
We may provide access to tools or links operated by third parties “as is” and “as available.” Your use is at your own discretion and subject to third-party terms. We are not responsible for third-party websites or content.
10. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Zero Studio is powered by Shopify, but your purchases are made directly from Zero Studio. Shopify is not a party to your contract and has no responsibility for sales between you and Zero Studio.
11. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION (GDPR)
Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy.
As controller, we comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (ANSPDCP in Romania).
12. FEEDBACK & REVIEWS
If you submit reviews or feedback, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display them. You confirm you own the content and that it does not infringe third-party rights or applicable laws. We may moderate or remove unlawful or misleading content.
13. ERRORS & AVAILABILITY
We may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (including pricing or availability) and cancel orders affected by such issues, in accordance with applicable law.
14. PROHIBITED USES
You may not use the Services unlawfully, to infringe IP rights, to transmit malware, to send unsolicited commercial communications, to scrape or interfere with security, or in any way that may harm other users or our operations. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
15. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your access where necessary (e.g., fraud, abuse, non-payment), without affecting rights and obligations accrued prior to termination. Relevant provisions survive termination (e.g., IP, warranties/guarantees, liability, governing law).
16. DISCLAIMER (ONLINE INFORMATION)
Information on the site is for general guidance only. Nothing in this section limits your statutory consumer rights.
17. LIABILITY
Our metal furnishings and decorative objects are designed for domestic or decorative use only. Improper handling, installation, or misuse may cause injury or damage. Zero Studio is not liable for any harm, injury, or damage resulting from use inconsistent with the product’s intended purpose or with the provided instructions.
18. WAIVER & ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver. These Terms, together with the policies referenced here, form the entire agreement relating to the Services.
19. ASSIGNMENT
You may not assign your rights without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms, provided this does not reduce your statutory rights.
20. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES
These Terms and any consumer contracts are governed by Romanian law, and disputes may be brought before the competent Romanian courts at your place of residence or at our registered office, as provided by applicable consumer-protection rules.

22. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes materially affect your rights or obligations, we will notify you as required by law. The latest version is always available on this page, with the date of last update.
