How do returns work?
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. Once the return is received, refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Please contact us before sending anything back — items returned without notice won’t be accepted.
What are the delivery times?
In-stock items usually ship within 3–5 business days. Larger items may take 5–10 business days. Custom or made-to-order pieces can take up to 10 weeks.
Why are the delivery times so long?
Our pieces are not mass-produced. They’re made in small batches, using durable materials and careful finishing. This takes time and helps ensure the product lasts.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes are no longer possible.
I didn’t receive an order confirmation. What should I do?
Please check your spam folder and make sure the email address entered at checkout is correct. If you still can’t find the confirmation, feel free to contact us.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or contact us for help.
What if my product arrives damaged or incorrect?
We’re sorry if something isn’t right. Please contact us and include photos if possible. We’ll help find a solution as quickly as we can.
How can I report a complaint?
If there’s an issue with your order or product, please contact us directly. We’ll take a look and get back to you.
Do you have to assemble the products yourself?
Most of our products are delivered ready for use. Assembly is straightforward and requires basic tools. You’ll need to drill, insert suitable wall plugs, and secure the mounting parts.
How long does assembly take?
Most customers assemble our shelves under 30 minutes.
Are tables suitable for outdoor use?
No. Our tables are designed for indoor use only.
Can the table also be used as a stool?
No. Our side tables are not designed for seating and shouldn’t be used as stools.
Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
Yes. If you’re planning a larger order, get in touch with the details and we’ll take a look.
