Commercial returns window (30 days)
We offer a 30-day return window from the day you receive your item. This is our store policy and does not limit your legal 14-day right of withdrawal described below.
Your legal 14-day right of withdrawal
You may cancel any distance purchase within 14 calendar days of delivery, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, email us a clear statement at info@zerostudiostore.com. We also provide a model withdrawal form on request. After notifying us, please send the goods back within 14 days.
Condition of returned goods
Please handle items only as you would in a store. Original packaging is appreciated but not required. You’re liable only for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what’s necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Refunds
We will refund all payments within 14 days of your withdrawal notice, including the standard delivery cost originally paid for the order (excluding any premium delivery options). We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or you provide proof of return.
The cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds are issued using the original payment method.
Exchanges
If you’d like a different item, the quickest method is to return your item and place a new order once your return is processed.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or other remedy at no cost.
Items you cannot withdraw from (legal exceptions)

Custom-made or clearly personalized items (e.g., engraved bookends) are not eligible for withdrawal.

Digital gift cards/e-vouchers: Once redeemed, they’re non-refundable.
Legal guarantee of conformity (2 years)
All products are covered by the 2-year legal guarantee. Your primary remedies are repair or replacement, free of charge and within a reasonable time (no significant inconvenience). If impossible or disproportionate, you may request a price reduction or contract termination. Any non-conformity discovered within the first year after delivery is presumed to have existed at delivery unless proven otherwise.
